Happy advert Limited(以下简称"我们")深知个人信息对您的重要性。我们将依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《网络安全法》《数据安全法》《信息安全技术 个人信息安全规范》(GB/T 35273)以及欧盟 GDPR、美国 COPPA 等适用法律法规,以及 Apple App Store 审核指南的要求,制定并遵守本《隐私政策》。 Happy advert Limited ("we", "us", "our") understands the importance of your personal information. We comply with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, GB/T 35273, EU GDPR, U.S. COPPA and Apple App Store review guidelines when drafting and following this Privacy Policy.

2. AI 翻唱、音色克隆等核心功能Core AI Features

• 音频素材Audio material:您主动上传的歌曲、伴奏、录音片段;: tracks, instrumentals or recording clips you upload;
• 声音样本Voice samples:用于音色克隆训练的语音片段;: voice clips used for cloning;
• 生成记录Generation records:AI 生成的音频内容、使用参数、使用次数。: AI-generated audio, parameters, usage counts.

特别提示:Important:

• 声纹特征属于敏感个人信息。在您首次使用音色克隆前,我们会通过弹窗单独征得您的同意;Voiceprint features are sensitive personal data. We will request your separate consent via modal before first cloning;
• 严禁上传他人声音样本,除非您已获得本人(或监护人)书面授权;Uploading others' voice samples is strictly forbidden without written authorization from that person (or their guardian);
• AI 生成内容可能依据法律法规被添加显著或隐式的合成内容标识。AI-generated content may carry visible or hidden synthesis markers as required by law.

法律依据Legal basis: 您的单独同意 / 履行合同必需。your explicit consent / contract performance.

3. 付费与订阅Payment & Subscription

• 交易记录Transaction records:订单号、购买商品、金额、时间、支付状态;支付行为通过 Apple App Store 完成,我们不会收集您的银行卡号或支付密码;: order ID, product, amount, timestamp, payment status. Payment is processed by Apple App Store; we do not collect your card number or payment password;
• 发票信息Invoice info(如适用):公司名称、税号、邮箱。 (if applicable): company name, tax ID, email.

4. 设备与日志信息Device & Log Data

为保障服务稳定、排查故障以及防范欺诈,我们会自动收集: To ensure service stability, debug and prevent fraud, we automatically collect:

• 设备信息Device info:设备型号、操作系统版本、IDFV(Apple 供应商标识)、语言与地区、屏幕分辨率、网络类型、运营商;: device model, OS version, IDFV, language/region, screen resolution, network type, carrier;
• 日志信息Logs:IP 地址、访问时间、访问页面、崩溃日志、操作行为;: IP, timestamp, page visits, crash logs, interaction events;
• 网络诊断信息Network diagnostics:API 响应时间、错误码。: API response time, error codes.

我们不会收集 IDFA(广告标识),除非您在系统弹窗中主动授权允许跟踪(App Tracking Transparency)。 We do not collect IDFA unless you explicitly authorize tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

5. 客服与反馈Support & Feedback

当您通过邮件、应用内反馈或客服渠道联系我们时,我们会收集您提供的联系方式、问题描述、截图 / 录音等证明材料,用于核实并回复您的问题。 When you contact us by email, in-app feedback or support, we collect the contact details, problem descriptions and supporting materials (screenshots, recordings) you provide, to verify and respond.

设备权限调用清单Device Permissions

您可以随时在 iOS 系统"设置 → 音悦唱"中开启或关闭上述权限。 You may enable or disable these permissions anytime via iOS Settings → LightSing.

Cookie 与类似技术Cookies & Local Storage

本应用目前主要以原生方式提供服务,不在 App 中使用浏览器 Cookie。我们可能使用本地缓存、Keychain、UserDefaults 等 iOS 机制存储少量本地数据(如偏好设置),以改善体验。您可在系统中删除应用以清除上述数据。 The App runs natively and does not use browser cookies. We may use iOS mechanisms (local cache, Keychain, UserDefaults) to store small amounts of local data (e.g., preferences) for a better experience. Uninstalling the App clears these data.

共享、转让、公开披露Sharing & Disclosure

4.1 共享Sharing

在以下情形下,我们可能与第三方共享您的个人信息,所有共享均遵循最小必要原则: We may share your personal information with third parties under minimum-necessary principles in the following cases:

• 经您明示同意;With your explicit consent;
• 为实现服务必需:例如将您的音频上传至我们使用的云存储 / 推理服务以完成 AI 生成;As necessary to provide the Service: e.g., uploading your audio to our cloud storage / inference providers for AI generation;
• 根据法律法规或有权机关的要求。As required by law or competent authorities.

4.2 接入的第三方 SDKThird-party SDKs

为实现统计分析、崩溃监控、应用内支付等功能,本应用目前接入以下第三方 SDK: To provide analytics, crash monitoring and in-app payment, the App currently integrates the following third-party SDKs:

我们会对接入的每一个 SDK 进行安全评估,并要求其按照不低于本政策的标准对您的个人信息予以保护。第三方 SDK 的数据处理行为以其自身发布的隐私政策为准。 Each SDK we integrate is security-reviewed and required to protect your personal information to a standard no lower than this Policy. Third-party SDK data handling follows their own published privacy policy.

4.3 转让与公开披露Transfer & Public Disclosure

除非涉及合并、收购、资产转让或破产等商业安排,我们不会向任何第三方转让您的个人信息;若发生前述情形,我们将要求承继方继续履行本政策的义务。 We will not transfer your personal information to third parties unless in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset transfer or bankruptcy, in which case the successor must continue to honor this Policy.

除法律法规要求或出于公共利益必要外,我们不会公开披露您的个人信息。 We will not publicly disclose your personal information except as required by law or necessary for public interest.

我们如何存储您的个人信息Storage & Retention

5.1 存储地点。原则上,我们在您所处国家 / 地区收集和产生的个人信息将存储于当地;涉及跨境传输时,我们将依照相关法律进行安全评估并单独征得您的同意。 5.1 Location. Personal information collected in your country/region is in principle stored locally. For cross-border transfers, we will conduct a security assessment per applicable law and obtain your separate consent.

5.2 存储期限。我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的最短期限内保存您的个人信息,除非法律法规另有规定: 5.2 Retention. We retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary for the stated purposes, unless otherwise required by law:

• 本地数据Local data(历史记录、偏好、作品):保存在您的设备上,删除应用即清除; (history, preferences, works): stored on your device; cleared on uninstall;
• 声音样本与音色模型Voice samples & models:在您删除对应音色或关闭音色功能后 30 天内 从服务器删除;: deleted from servers within 30 days after you remove the voice or disable the feature;
• AI 生成作品AI outputs(服务器侧):在您主动删除后的 30 天内清除; (server-side): cleared within 30 days after you delete them;
• 交易记录Transaction records:依据税务 / 会计法律要求保存至少 5 年;: kept for at least 5 years per tax/accounting law;
• 日志与 SDK 统计信息Logs & SDK analytics:通常保存 180 天。: typically 180 days.

我们如何保护您的个人信息Security

6.1 技术措施:全链路 HTTPS 传输加密、敏感数据(如声纹)加密存储、访问控制与最小权限、内部审计与定期渗透测试。 6.1 Technical measures: end-to-end HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage of sensitive data (e.g., voiceprints), access control with least-privilege, internal audits and periodic penetration tests.

6.2 管理措施:数据安全责任制、员工保密协议、分级访问权限、定期安全培训。 6.2 Organizational measures: data security accountability, employee NDAs, tiered access, regular security training.

6.3 应急响应:一旦发生个人信息安全事件,我们将依法启动应急预案,并及时以推送、邮件或公告等方式告知您事件基本情况、处置措施及自主防范建议。 6.3 Incident response: upon any data security event, we will activate our response plan per law and promptly inform you of the situation, actions taken and recommended precautions via push, email or public notice.

您对自己个人信息的权利Your Rights

按照中国以及其他适用国家 / 地区法律法规,您享有以下权利: Under PRC law and other applicable jurisdictions, you have the following rights:

1. 访问 / 复制Access / copy:您可在本应用内查阅您的作品、声音样本、历史记录;如需复制服务器侧的处理记录,可通过客服邮箱申请;: view works, samples and history in-app; request server-side records via support email;
2. 更正 / 补充Correct:您可自行修改本地数据;如需更正其他信息,可通过客服反馈;: edit local data directly; contact support for other corrections;
3. 删除Delete:您可自行删除作品、声音样本等本地内容;主张删除服务器侧数据的,可联系客服;: delete local works and samples directly; request server-side deletion via support;
4. 撤回同意Withdraw consent:您可随时通过 iOS 系统"设置 → 音悦唱"关闭相关权限,或在应用内关闭相应功能开关;: revoke permissions via iOS Settings → LightSing, or in-app feature toggles;
5. 卸载应用Uninstall:由于本应用无账号体系,卸载应用即可清除本地数据;已订阅商品请另行前往 Apple ID 订阅管理取消续订;: since there's no account, uninstalling clears local data; cancel subscriptions separately via Apple ID;
6. 投诉与申诉Complaint:您可通过客服邮箱向我们提出申诉,我们将在 15 个工作日 内处理。: file complaints via support email; we respond within 15 business days.

针对欧盟居民,您还享有 GDPR 下的数据可携权、反对自动化决策权等;如需行使,请邮件联系我们。 EU residents also have GDPR rights such as data portability and objection to automated decision-making; please email us to exercise these rights.

未成年人保护Minors

8.1 本应用面向 13 周岁及以上 用户。如您未满 13 周岁,请勿使用本应用;如您是未成年人的监护人,对未成年人使用本应用存在疑问,请与我们联系。 8.1 The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, please do not use the App; if you are a guardian with questions, please contact us.

8.2 我们不会主动收集未成年人的个人信息。如发现误收集,将在核实后尽快删除。 8.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If discovered, such data will be promptly deleted upon verification.

8.3 涉及未成年人的付费行为,监护人可依法申请退款,请提供监护关系证明及必要证据。 8.3 For in-app purchases by minors, guardians may request refunds per law; proof of guardianship and supporting evidence required.

政策的修订Policy Updates

9.1 我们可能适时对本政策进行修订。修订后的政策将在应用内公示,并更新页首生效日期。 9.1 We may amend this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the App with a revised effective date.

9.2 对于涉及敏感权限增加、核心收集范围扩大、第三方共享范围扩大等重大变更,我们将以显著方式(弹窗、推送、应用内横幅)单独提示您,并在必要时重新获得您的同意。 9.2 For material changes (new sensitive permissions, expanded collection scope, expanded third-party sharing), we will prominently notify you (modal, push, in-app banner) and re-obtain consent where necessary.
